The amendment consists of supplementing the list of employees to whom restrictions on the efficient use of public funds do not apply with employees of the State Institution &#8220;National Military Memorial Cemetery.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>**Key Provisions for Use:**<br \/>\nThis resolution allows expenditures for the maintenance and operation of employees of the National Military Memorial Cemetery to be carried out without the restrictions established by Resolution No. 710.
