It envisages the transfer of the integral property complex of this enterprise from the management of the joint-stock company &#8220;Ukrainian Defense Industry&#8221; to the management sphere of the State Property Fund.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the order consists of one clause, which clearly defines the object of transfer (the integral property complex of the SE &#8220;Kyiv Research Institute of Hydromechanics&#8221;) and the subjects between which the transfer of management takes place (from JSC &#8220;Ukrainian Defense Industry&#8221; to the State Property Fund).<\/p>\n<p>The most important provision of this order is the change of the body responsible for the management of the property of the &#8220;Kyiv Research Institute of Hydromechanics&#8221;.
