The court thoroughly analyzed the reasons for missing the term for inheritance acceptance and concluded that being abroad and quarantine restrictions are not objective and insurmountable obstacles.<\/p>\n<p>2. The plaintiff had alternative methods of submission: through consular offices, by mail, or by electronic message, which precludes references to the impossibility of taking actions.<\/p>\n<p>3.
