The Prosecutor filed a lawsuit on behalf of the State Emergency Service (SESU), however, the SESU body does not have an independent right to file such a claim.<br \/>\n2. Legislation does not empower the SESU with authority to apply to court with demands to bring protective structures to readiness.<br \/>\n3.
