By the decree, the military rank of Brigadier General has been conferred upon Colonel Oleh Apostol, who holds the position of Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the decree is simple and contains only an operative part with one point about rank conferral.<\/p>\n<p>The decree was issued within the constitutional powers of the President as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief regarding the conferral of higher military ranks.
