This resolution amends the agenda of the 13th session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, including additional draft laws for consideration.<\/p>\n

Structurally, the resolution consists of two parts: the main text (2 points) and an appendix with a list of draft laws. The appendix indicates registration numbers of draft laws, legislative initiative subjects, titles, and responsible persons.<\/p>\n

Among the included draft laws are particularly important:
\n– Amendments to the Code of Administrative Judiciary regarding the consideration of cases on social payments
\n– Draft laws concerning labor relations under martial law
\n– Amendments to legislation on pension provision for prosecutors
\n– Amendments to the law on judicial system regarding judicial secondment
\n– Draft law on technical regulation in accordance with EU requirements<\/p>\n

In total, 11 draft laws have been included in the agenda, of which 10 were initiated by people’s deputies (marked with “\u0414”) and 1 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (marked with “\u0423”).<\/p>\n
