This order replaces the previous similar order dated May 18, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Key provisions:<br \/>\n1. The list contains precise quantities and volumes of each item per person<br \/>\n2. Additional items for women are separately defined<br \/>\n3. Issuance of winter or summer clothing depends on weather conditions<br \/>\n4. The basic set includes not only essential items but also a smartphone with a SIM card and a connected tariff for a month<br \/>\n5. Each released person receives the State Flag of Ukraine<br \/>\n6.
