Essence of the Order:
\nThe document approves a list of goods that LLC “Astarta Agro Protein” may import into Ukraine without paying import duty and VAT. This concerns goods for the construction of a soybean meal processing plant in the city of Globyne, Poltava Oblast, within the framework of a special investment agreement.<\/p>\n

Structure and Main Provisions:
\n1. The order consists of the main text and an appendix (list of goods).
\n2. The document is based on the previous CMU Order No. 945 dated 04.10.2024 on the conclusion of a special investment agreement.
\n3. Defines a special import regime for a specific investment project.<\/p>\n
