This is an inter-departmental order adopted by three ministries &#8211; Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Regional Development.<\/p>\n<p>Order Structure:<br \/>\nThe order consists of 4 points that define:<br \/>\n1. Cancellation of the previous order<br \/>\n2. Registration procedure with the Ministry of Justice<br \/>\n3. Execution control<br \/>\n4.
