The Constitutional Court of Ukraine found unconstitutional amendments to the law that reduced the pension amount for Chornobyl catastrophe victims.<br \/>\n2. The Court deviated from previous practice and indicated that the law version providing higher social guarantees should be applied.<br \/>\n3.
