Essence of the Decree:
\nThe document introduces amendments to the lists of senior officer positions and corresponding military ranks in two agencies – the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine. In particular, a new Intelligence Directorate is being established in the State Border Guard Service and the list of leadership positions in the National Police is being updated.<\/p>\n
Structure and Main Provisions:
\n1. Additions to Appendix No. 4 – establishment of the State Border Guard Service Intelligence Directorate with two leadership positions:
\n– Head of the Directorate (rank of Major General\/Rear Admiral)
\n– First Deputy Head (rank of Brigadier General\/Commodore)<\/p>\n
2. New Appendix No. 12 – a comprehensive updated list of National Police leadership positions and corresponding special ranks, including:
\n– Head of the NPU (Police General of the First Rank)
\n– First Deputy and Deputies (Police General of the Second Rank)
\n– Department Heads (Police General of the Third Rank)<\/p>\n

\n– Clearly defined rank hierarchy for each leadership position
\n– Structured management system in both agencies
