PROCEDURAL RESOLUTION
\nof the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine<\/p>\n

On Directing a Deputy Inquiry to the President of Ukraine Regarding the Conferral of the Hero of Ukraine Title<\/p>\n

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, guided by Articles 85, 89 of the Constitution of Ukraine, Articles 14, 15, 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of People’s Deputies of Ukraine”, having considered the proposal of the group of people’s deputies headed by Syniutka O.M. regarding the conferral of the Hero of Ukraine title (posthumously) to Junior Sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Klymkiv N.R., who demonstrated exceptional heroism and courage during the defense of Ukraine against the Russian military aggression, and supported by 237 people’s deputies of Ukraine,<\/p>\n

RESOLVES:<\/p>\n

1. To direct a deputy inquiry to the President of Ukraine regarding the conferral of the Hero of Ukraine title (posthumously) to Junior Sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Klymkiv N.R.<\/p>\n

2. This Resolution shall enter into force upon its adoption.<\/p>\n
