To direct a deputy inquiry to the President of Ukraine regarding the posthumous awarding of the title Hero of Ukraine to Sergeant Yaroslav Serhiyovych Shynkarenko, who served as a reconnaissance platoon commander in the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade.<\/p>\n<p>2. The inquiry is based on the support of 242 people&#8217;s deputies of Ukraine and aims to recognize the heroism and exceptional courage demonstrated by Sergeant Shynkarenko during the defense of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>3. This resolution is adopted in accordance with Article 86 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On the Status of People&#8217;s Deputies of Ukraine&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>4.
