The Supreme Court established that when recalculating military servicemen&#8217;s pensions, it is necessary to take into account the average actual amounts of allowances and bonuses by position.<br \/>\n2. Courts of previous instances incorrectly evaluated evidence and did not establish precise circumstances regarding the amounts of allowances for service specifics and bonuses.<br \/>\n3.
