The essence of the changes lies in updating the mechanism for providing state financial support to critically important enterprises of the defense-industrial complex. The resolution changes the name of the budget program from “Interest Reimbursement for Credits” to “Provision of State Financial Support to Enterprises in the Defense-Industrial Complex”.<\/p>\n

Structurally, the document introduces amendments to two procedures approved by the previous resolution No. 1288 dated 05.11.2024:
\n1. Procedure for Providing Financial State Support to Defense-Industrial Complex Enterprises
\n2. Procedure for Using State Budget Funds for Such Support<\/p>\n

Key changes:
\n– The second paragraph of point 2 of the first Procedure has been deleted
\n– The name of the budget program through which financing is carried out has been changed
\n– The second paragraph of point 3 of the second Procedure has been deleted
\n– The wording regarding support has been expanded, moving away from purely reimbursing credit interest to general financial support for defense-industrial complex enterprises<\/p>\n
