The Law on Judicial System clearly defines that for calculating a judge&#8217;s remuneration, the subsistence minimum as of January 1 of the calendar year (3,028 UAH) should be used, not an artificially lowered amount (2,102 UAH).<br \/>\n2. The Law on the State Budget cannot modify special norms regarding the status of judges, as it does not have higher legal force.<br \/>\n3.
