The changes relate exclusively to editorial clarifications of wording and punctuation.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the order is simple &#8211; it contains a preamble and 4 points that define:<br \/>\n1. Specific changes to the previous order<br \/>\n2. Procedure for state registration<br \/>\n3. Entry into force<br \/>\n4.
