Biological father PERSON_2 has effectively not maintained contact with the child for almost five years, showing no interest in the daughter or her inner world.<br \/>\n2. The father himself acknowledges that he has lost the psycho-emotional connection with the child and has no intention of fulfilling parental duties.<br \/>\n3.
