The plaintiff had previously attempted to challenge the same registrar&#8217;s decision in case No. 910\/13709\/21, where they were denied, and this decision has entered into legal force.<\/p>\n<p>2. The court considers that repeated filing with an almost identical claim violates the principle of legal certainty and may lead to duplication of court proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>3.
