The statute of limitations for executing a conviction is imperative and terminates criminal legal relations between the state and the convicted person.<br \/>\n2. To release a person from serving punishment due to the expiration of limitation periods, a separate court decision under Articles 537, 539 of the Criminal Procedure Code is not mandatory.<br \/>\n3.
