Essence of the Act:
\nThe order establishes criteria for identifying enterprises of strategic importance in the field of geology and subsoil use during a special period. The document is part of the mobilization preparation system and aims to ensure the functioning of critically important enterprises during a special period.<\/p>\n
Structure and Main Provisions:
\n1. The order consists of the main part and an appendix with criteria.
\n2. The document replaces the previous order dated 14.08.2023 No. 573.
\n3. 4 key criteria have been defined for classifying enterprises as important for the national economy:
\n– Belonging to the management sphere of the State Geological Service
\n– Having at least 25 employees and compliance with certain NACE codes
\n– Operating in 3+ regions of Ukraine
\n– Participation in the creation of the nuclear fuel cycle<\/p>\n
Key Provisions for Application:
\n– Compliance with at least one of the criteria is sufficient
\n– The State Geological Service is responsible for determining the list of such enterprises
\n– Main types of activity as of 01.01.2022 are taken into account
\n– Enterprises engaged in exploratory drilling, geology, geodesy, scientific research, and economic activity regulation are covered<\/p>\n
