The essence of the changes lies in improving the military registration procedure for persons with disabilities and automating the verification process for conscripts and reservists. The resolution amends two procedures – regarding the preparation of military registration documents and the automatic verification of information about conscripts.<\/p>\n

The document structure includes changes to:
\n1. The Procedure for Preparing Military Registration Documents – a requirement to include information about disability has been added.
\n2. The Automatic Verification Procedure – provisions on accounting for persons with disabilities have been significantly expanded, the procedure for electronic interaction between registers has been detailed, and norms regarding one-time entry of data about men aged 25-60 have been added.<\/p>\n

Key innovations:
\n– Automatic data exchange about disability between registers through the “Trembita” system is introduced
\n– Persons with disabilities are exempted from the need to pass a military medical commission when being registered
\n– The list of documents confirming disability has been expanded
