The plaintiff is an heir to 1\/3 part of the residential house after the death of her father, who previously inherited the property from his father.<\/p>\n<p>2. The previous court decision recognizing ownership of the house for another person was cancelled, therefore subsequent purchase and sale transactions were deemed illegal.<\/p>\n<p>3.
