Legislation provides for annual pension indexation by increasing the average wage indicator.<br \/>\n2. The Court considers that Procedure No. 124 partially contradicts the Pension Provision Law, as it establishes a fixed base average wage indicator as of 01.10.2017.<br \/>\n3.
