This order concerns the renaming and terminology changes in navigation and pilotage rules for vessels in Ukrainian ports and channels.<\/p>\n

The structure of the order is simple – it amends the existing Rules of Navigation and Vessel Pilotage by replacing old names with new ones, specifically:
\n– VTRS “Ruska Kosa” changed to VTRS “Mykolaiv”
\n– PRRS “Yuzhny” changed to PRRS “Pivdenny”
\n– The word “Russian” has been removed from the text
\n– Relevant names in the Rules’ appendices have been updated<\/p>\n

Key provisions for practical application:
\n1. All services and units must use new names in documentation and communication
\n2. State Enterprise “Administration of Seaports of Ukraine” shall update mandatory resolutions in accordance with the new names
