The document was adopted to implement the Law of Ukraine No. 4014-IX dated 09.10.2024 regarding the specifics of excise tax on ethyl alcohol and bioethanol.<\/p>\n<p>Key Points for Use:<br \/>\n1. Calculation of equipment productivity for alcohol and bioethanol production can be carried out exclusively by the designated institution (EDRPOU code 00334793).<br \/>\n2. This is important for alcohol and bioethanol producers, as the calculation of maximum equipment productivity directly affects excise tax.<br \/>\n3.
