The essence of the changes lies in updating the name and functioning procedure of the state institution responsible for export support. The main change is the expansion of the institution’s functionality from purely export support to entrepreneurship development in general. Structurally, the resolution introduces amendments to the previous resolution No. 859 from 2018 in two directions:<\/p>\n

1. Changes the institution’s name in all mentions from “institution for export support and promotion” to “institution for entrepreneurship and export development”<\/p>\n

2. Clarifies the procedure for financing and accounting of the institution<\/p>\n

Key practical provisions:
\n– The name of the budget program for financing the institution is changed
\n– The term “maintenance of the institution” is replaced with “functioning of the institution”
\n– The procedure for advance payment and accounting is detailed
\n– All operations with budget funds must be carried out through Treasury bodies in the manner prescribed by law (since the changes relate to the customs sphere – export support)<\/p>\n
