Order concerns the reorganization of the state enterprise of the defense-industrial complex ‘Shostka Plant “Zirka”‘ by transforming it from a state enterprise into a limited liability company. Structurally, the document consists of one point, by which the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approves the proposal of JSC ‘Ukrainian Defense Industry’ regarding such transformation. At the same time, 100% share in the authorized capital of the newly created LLC remains in state ownership.<\/p>\n

Key aspects are:
\n– maintaining full state control over the enterprise while changing the organizational and legal form;
\n– carrying out reorganization in accordance with a special law on reforming the defense-industrial complex;
\n– changing the form of enterprise management from a state enterprise to a business company.<\/p>\n
