It replaces the previous order dated March 28, 2023, with a similar title.<\/p>\n<p>According to the document, institutions are considered important if they simultaneously meet three criteria:<br \/>\n&#8211; Exercise the powers of the Ministry of Justice in the field of free legal aid<br \/>\n&#8211; Ensure public access to legal services<br \/>\n&#8211; Have the primary NACE code 84.11 &#8216;General Public Administration&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>To confirm compliance with the criteria, institutions must provide certified copies of founding documents and an extract from the Unified State Register.
