Order Amending the Instruction on Police Documentation of Administrative Offenses in Road Safety Regarding the Procedure for Removing Drivers from Vehicle Operation in Case of Suspected Intoxication. Structurally, the order introduces changes to paragraph 1 of Section X of the Instruction, where the term “Drivers” is replaced with “Persons Operating Vehicles”, and two new paragraphs are added regarding the procedure for vehicle transfer and documentation of the removal process. \u2022 When removing a driver from operation, the vehicle may be transferred to an authorized person with the appropriate category of rights<\/p>\n
