Structurally, the instruction consists of 9 sections and 30 annexes, which detail: general provisions and terms; organization of weapons provision; procedures for transfer, acceptance, and movement; storage rules; procedures for assignment and issuance; accounting and reporting; control; categorization and destruction of unserviceable weapons.
