Resolution Approves Two Key Procedures for State Reserves Formation and Storage – Material and Mobilization Reserves.<\/p>\n

The First Procedure Defines the Mechanism for State Reserves Formation and Material Values Movement. Key Provisions:<\/p>\n

\u2022 The State Agency for Reserve Management is responsible for material reserve formation
\n\u2022 Ministries and other executive authorities form mobilization reserves
\n\u2022 Clear procedures are established for procurement, quality control, and material values storage
\n\u2022 A mechanism for actions in case of potential loss\/damage to reserves is defined<\/p>\n

The Second Procedure Establishes Criteria and Mechanism for Selecting Responsible Custodians and Reservists:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field
\n\u2022 Availability of necessary infrastructure and permits
\n\u2022 Absence of connections with the aggressor state
\n\u2022 Financial stability and transparent ownership structure<\/p>\n
