The document is adopted to replace the previous order dated May 22, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The following are considered important for the economy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natural and biosphere reserves, national natural parks with an area of 800 hectares or more<\/li>\n<li>Botanical gardens with an area of 15 hectares or more<\/li>\n<li>Enterprises conducting scientific and technical activities in the field of ecology<\/li>\n<li>Scientific institutions conducting research in the field of environmental protection and included in a special state registry<\/li>\n<li>Institutions engaged in environmental monitoring of the Black and Azov Seas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The key criteria for determining importance are: the area of nature conservation territories, implementation of scientific activities in the field of ecology, conducting environmental monitoring, and inclusion in the state registry of scientific institutions.
