Order Amending the Regulation on Military Medical Expertise in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, introducing digitalization of the medical examination process for conscripts and a new system for assessing an individual’s daily functioning. Structurally, the order consists of two parts: the main text with 5 points and direct amendments to the Regulation. The main innovations include: mandatory electronic referral for medical examination starting from March 1, 2025, and creation of all military medical expertise documentation exclusively in electronic form.<\/p>\n

\n– Referral for medical examination is generated through the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Reservists, and Military Personnel
\n– A system for assessing an individual’s daily functioning is introduced as an alternative to Medical Expert Commission conclusions
