This is a key document regulating the financing of medical services through the National Health Service of Ukraine. The document structure includes a general part defining the basic principles of the program&#8217;s operation, and a special part with 42 medical service packages &#8211; from primary care to highly specialized medicine. Tariffs, coefficients, and payment conditions are defined for each package. The issue of medication reimbursement is separately regulated.
