Herring Fishing Closure (Regulation 2025\/64):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prohibits Irish vessels from fishing herring in areas 6b, 6aN and international waters of 5b<\/li>\n<li>Takes effect from December 13, 2024<\/li>\n<li>Closure due to exhaustion of Ireland&#8217;s 2024 quota<\/li>\n<li>Allows processing of catches made before closing date<\/li>\n<li>Requires recording of any unintended catches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.
