The project is designed for 2 years starting from January 15, 2025. Main provisions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assistance is provided in the amount of 1,500 hryvnias quarterly<\/li>\n<li>Maximum number of recipients &#8211; 100,000 persons per year<\/li>\n<li>Funds can only be used to pay for services of physical culture and sports facilities through non-cash settlement<\/li>\n<li>To receive assistance, it is necessary to submit an application through the Diia app and have a special bank account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key mechanism features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Ministry of Veterans is the project coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Funds cannot be withdrawn in cash or transferred to other accounts<\/li>\n<li>Funds not used during the quarter are returned to the budget<\/li>\n<li>Banking services for recipients are free of charge<\/li>\n<li>Receiving this assistance does not affect the right to receive other types of social assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/2-2025-%D0%BF\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resolution introduces an experimental project to provide assistance to combat participants and persons with disabilities resulting from war for physical culture and sports activities.
