Resolution Introduces an Experimental Project for Temporary Placement and Support of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Difficult Life Circumstances, from January 1 to December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n

The project is implemented on the basis of two sanatoriums – ‘Batkivshchyna’ in Truskavets and ‘Slava’ in Myrhorod. The project coordinator is the Ministry of Social Policy. Funding is carried out from the state budget under the social services system development program.<\/p>\n

Key provisions:<\/p>\n

– The right to placement is granted to elderly persons and persons with disabilities among IDPs who have been displaced from combat or occupation territories<\/p>\n

– Services provided include: shelter, supported living, inpatient care (up to 50 persons), social adaptation<\/p>\n

– Interaction with the State Employment Service is envisaged for employment of able-bodied persons<\/p>\n

– The mechanism for individual needs assessment and service provision is detailed regulated<\/p>\n

– A monitoring and reporting system for project implementation has been established<\/p>\n
