Resolution approves a new State Target Defense Program for the Construction and Maintenance of Military Engineering and Fortification Structures until 2026. The program itself has a “for official use” classification. Structurally, the resolution consists of three points: program approval, amendments to the resolution on efficient use of state funds, and determination of program implementation and reporting procedures. Key provisions:<\/p>\n

– Financing is carried out from state, local budgets, and other non-prohibited sources
\n– Ministries and other authorities must report to the Ministry of Defense on program implementation annually by February 1
\n– The Ministry of Defense summarizes the information and submits a report to the Cabinet of Ministers and Ministry of Economy by March 1<\/p>\n
