This is directly related to the issues of reserving military personnel during the mobilization period. The document consists of two main parts: the order itself and an appendix with detailed criteria. It replaces the previous order dated 21.02.2023 No. 223 with a similar title.<\/p>\n<p>Key criteria for determining the importance of an enterprise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing of agricultural land with an area of 500 hectares or more, or annual income of 20 million UAH, or personal income tax payment of 324,000 UAH per quarter<\/li>\n<li>Compliance of the main type of activity with the list of specified Economic Activity Classification Codes (includes a wide range of agricultural activities &#8211; from crop cultivation to food production)<\/li>\n<li>Being under the management of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy<\/li>\n<li>State ownership and activities related to subletting land plots<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be recognized as an important enterprise, compliance with at least two of the specified criteria is required, as well as submission of tax reporting for the last period.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/z1896-24\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The order establishes criteria for identifying enterprises that are of significant importance to the national economy in the agricultural sector during a special period.
