Two key additions have been made to the third part of Article 23: a new version of paragraph 4 and a new paragraph 6.<\/p>\n<p>Key innovations:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The list of close relatives of killed or missing military personnel eligible for deferment has been expanded. This right now extends to cases of death\/disappearance not only in the ATO\/JFO zone, but also during repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation during the period of martial law.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The right to deferment has been granted to persons who were in captivity as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine.
