The resolution structurally consists of two amendment blocks: the first relates to Resolution No. 214 from 28.03.2018 concerning combat veterans in other territories, and the second relates to Resolution No. 280 from 18.04.2018 concerning IDPs who defended Ukraine&#8217;s independence.
