This order approves a new version of the Instruction on Compiling and Applying Hourly Power Outage Schedules (HPS). The document regulates the procedure for disconnecting electricity consumers in conditions of power deficit.<\/p>\n

Main provisions:
\n\u2022 HPS are compiled up to 100% (but not less than 75%) of maximum electrical power consumption
\n\u2022 Schedules are distributed across 6 equal stages (each stage consists of 2 sub-stages)
\n\u2022 Critically important facilities and facilities requiring priority electricity supply are not included in HPS
\n\u2022 Maximum disconnection duration is 6 hours with an electricity provision period of at least 2 hours<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 A clear procedure for coordinating HPS with authorities and controlling bodies has been established
\n\u2022 Specific features of HPS application during martial law have been defined
\n\u2022 A mechanism for monitoring schedule implementation by State Energy Supervision has been introduced
