Resolution concerns the adoption of draft law No. 10164-1 on amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine regarding the regulation of remote and home-based work. Structurally, the resolution consists of two points: the first is about adopting the draft law as a basis, the second is to instruct the relevant Committee to finalize the draft law for the second reading.<\/p>\n

The key point is that the parliament supported amendments to labor legislation in the first reading, which are intended to improve the regulation of remote and home-based work. The Committee on Social Policy and Veterans’ Rights Protection must refine the draft law, taking into account amendments from legislative initiative subjects, for further consideration in the second reading.<\/p>\n
