The ministries and central executive bodies specified in the Action Plan shall:\n– Ensure timely and full implementation of the planned measures\n– Provide quarterly reports on the progress of implementation to the Ministry of Infrastructure\n– Develop and submit proposals for updating the Action Plan as necessary\n\n3. The Ministry of Infrastructure shall:\n– Coordinate the implementation of the Action Plan\n– Generalize and analyze the reports from responsible executors\n– Prepare and submit annual summary reports to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine\n\n4. The order approves the action plan for implementing the Maritime Security Strategy of Ukraine and establishes the mechanism for its implementation and reporting. \u2022 Implementation of the plan is carried out by ministries and other authorities using budget funds and other permitted sources, including foreign investments<\/p>\n

\u2022 A clear reporting system is established: responsible authorities report to the Ministry of Defense twice a year (by July 10 and January 10)<\/p>\n

\u2022 The Ministry of Defense consolidates information and reports to the Cabinet of Ministers by August 10 and February 10<\/p>\n
