The document officially establishes the personal composition of the delegation of Ukraine, which includes representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the State Emergency Service, and relevant scientific institutions. The Decree defines the mechanisms for managing the delegation, the procedure for its funding, and the process for issuing directives for work within the OPCW.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and Main Provisions:**<br \/>\nThe Decree consists of four articles. The first article defines the personal composition of the delegation headed by the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Netherlands and grants the Head of the Delegation the authority to amend its composition and engage experts. The second article mandates the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to formulate instructions for the delegation. The third article obliges the Cabinet of Ministers to ensure funding for the participation of representatives of state bodies in meetings.
