The document establishes Ukraine&#8217;s representation in this international body, ensuring the institutional continuity of the fulfillment of our obligations in the field of chemical weapons non-proliferation. The Decree also regulates the mechanisms for the management of the delegation, its financial support, and the procedure for providing directives for its work.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and Main Provisions:**<br \/>\nThe Decree consists of four points:<br \/>\n1. Approval of the personal composition of the delegation headed by the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Netherlands and granting authority to the Head of the Delegation regarding the operational adjustment of its composition.<br \/>\n2. Assignment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of the duty to prepare and approve instructions for the delegation.<br \/>\n3. Instruction to the Cabinet of Ministers to ensure the financing of the participation of representatives of state bodies in the sessions of the Council.<br \/>\n4.
