\nThe Government has optimized the funding system for specialized security-oriented lyceums in Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih by transferring them under the direct management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These changes ensure the continuity of budgetary funding for the institutions and systematize their personnel and accounting records. The decision effectively completes the process of integrating these institutions into the structure of law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n
\nThe program has been significantly expanded: new areas for energy modernization and business recovery in high-risk zones have been added. A credit limit of up to UAH 250 million has been set for energy projects, and updated solvency ratios have been introduced for medium-sized businesses. The changes take effect on July 1, 2026, and are aimed at strengthening control over the targeted use of state funds.<\/p>\n
\nAn experimental project has been introduced, allowing local authorities to purchase housing valued at up to UAH 500,000 for the purpose of providing it free of charge to internally displaced persons (IDPs). Housing usage agreements will be concluded for a term of up to 3 years. The program contains strict requirements regarding the preservation of property and mandatory employment for adult members of displaced families.<\/p>\n
\nA procedure for granting subventions to prepare schools for the 2026\/2027 heating season has been approved. Funds are directed exclusively toward the installation of backup power systems and solar power plants. To receive funding, a mandatory co-financing share from local budgets (from 5% to 30%) is required, and all procurement must be completed by November 15.<\/p>\n
\nThe constitutional documents of the concern have been updated to implement a two-tier management model. The Cabinet of Ministers now performs the functions of the General Meeting, and the Supervisory Board has been granted expanded powers regarding the appointment of management. The document strengthens anti-corruption requirements and establishes clear boundaries for the disposal of defense assets.<\/p>\n
\nThe outdated 2005 order regulating the remuneration of employees of the State Gemological Center of Ukraine has been repealed. Working conditions at the institution have been fully transitioned under the provisions of the new CMU Resolution No. 459 of April 2026. This ensures that the salaries of the center’s employees are brought into compliance with modern government standards.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
