\n3. **Responsibility of Managers:** At the facility level, responsibility is placed on the heads of enterprises and their civil protection specialists, which requires an immediate update of emergency response plans for all facilities with more than 50 staff members.
\n4. **Reconstruction Period:** For the first time at the subsystem level, tasks regarding participation in the restoration of critical infrastructure and the attraction of international assistance after the cessation of active hostilities have been codified.<\/p>\n
