\nFor legal practice, the establishment of specific weight indicators is key:
\n* For **ADB-4en-PINACA**: a small amount is considered to be a mass of up to 0.015 g, a large amount is from 0.15 to 1.5 g, and an especially large amount is 1.5 g or more.
\n* For **10-OH-HHCP**: a small amount is a mass of up to 0.15 g, a large amount is from 1.5 to 15.0 g, and an especially large amount is 15 g or more.<\/p>\n
These figures are decisive for qualifying actions under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as the severity of the punishment and the distinction between administrative or criminal liability depend specifically on the mass of the substance.<\/p>\n
